TERRIBLE! I finally found a place of my own, signed a paper stating I would get 30 days to clean and get everything out, when doing so I told them I'd be having electric shut off. So as I'm in Tennessee for my cousins funeral they leave a note on the door saying have till 4pm 7-17-2017 to turn in my keys and EVERYTHING be done. My 30 days was till august 4th. So I come home from a horrible tragity my family has been through to end up having one day to clean and now I'm getting charges double the cost of two LITTLE things. Electric stove drip catchers, and a couples spots on the sink that got stained from scouring pads. the place was a mess when I got it! I left it cleaner, with fresh paint on walls and I covered the water spots on the ceiling. I replaced the door handle because when someone broke in they wouldn't fix the door for me! And now they're taking my money.
