The store is kept very clean and organized. Only in season items are out so the racks aren't crammed so full that you can't move anything.

They have several fitting rooms and a public restroom (have to ask for them to open it).

Employees are generally friendly and helpful.

They have one colored tag on sale each week. Very reasonable prices.

To donate items you pull up just past the main entrance and they'll help you unload.
