ORDERED A TRANSMISSION THE BEGINNING OF OCTOBER. CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES REQUESTING TO TALK TO ANYONE IN CHARGE. LEFT A MESSAGE FOR PENNY AND NEVER GOT CALLED BACK.AT FIRST I WAS TOLD IT WAS GOING TO BE 2 WEEKS. THEN I WAS TOLD IT WAS THREE WEEKS TO RECEIVE, THEN WAS INFORMED IT WAS THREE WEEKS OF BUSINESSES DAYS. REGARDLESS MORE THAN THREE MONTHS WENT BY WITH STILL NO TRANSMISSION. I LOST TRACK OF HOW MANY TIMES I CALLED. WHEN I CALLED TO CANCEL THE ORDER MAGICALLY ITS IS IN ROUTE BUT DWANE DOESN'T HAVE THE TRACKING NUMBER! I UNDERSTAND THIS IS FOR AND OLD VEHICLE AND IT COULD TAKE A WHILE, I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH THAT. MY PROBLEM IS THAT I PROMISED THE VEHICLE IN THREE WEEKS AND DIDN'T DELIVER! USING THIS COMPANY HURT MY GOOD REPUTATION. THANKS FOR NOTHING! A BIT OF AN UPDATE AFTER I CALLED AND CANCELED THE ORDER I THEY STILL SENT THE TRANS AND BILLED MY CREDIT CARD. PENNY CALLED TO OFFER 10% OFF AND TRIED TO GET ME TO ACCEPT THE TRANS. I DECLINED AND THEY SENT IT AND CHARGED MY CARD FULL PRICE

Read on the website that my order will be shipped in 5 to 7 days. On the 8th day called about my order to check the status, cause it had not shipped, they told me my item has been ack ordered and the it would ship in a week or two. Very upsetting, I will give them another week, then I will see the status. I might cancel the order.
